GFSI: FSSC 22000:2018 is one of the highest international standards developed for the certification of Food Safety Management Systems for food manufacturers throughout the world. Gala Bakery goes through a rigorous third-party certification process to achieve this designation and is third party audited annually to maintain the certification. With the FSSC 22000:2018 designation, Gala Bakery now meets or exceeds food safety standards and is eligible to sell in over 178 countries throughout the world.
